It seems so easy on paper: What if we flip the washer and dryer and put them opening into the kitchen instead of into the garage?

A concrete saw, jackhammer and plumber later - it's looking possible.


The "What ifs" will kill ya!

Electricians, plumber, drywall repair and a little framing today.  Did I mention that the electric panel is in the opposite corner of the house and a new trunk line has to be run to the garage to power the new kitchen? No? OK then, there's that as well.
